The following is a small sampling of various Entrée items that may be used to create your personal menu.

Balsamic Vinegar Chicken with Wild Mushrooms Chicken simmered in a rich red wine tomato sauce with porcini mushrooms and bacon bits, accented with balsamic vinegar.
Chicken Cacciatore Chicken pieces in an Italian red sauce with mushrooms, artichoke hearts and black olives. Served over pasta.
Kung Pao Chicken Chinese spicy chicken stir-fry with broccoli and peanuts.
Smoked Turkey Linguine Linguine with smoked turkey, green beans, green onion, tomatoes, Parmesan and jack cheese, and black olives, all tossed in an Italian herb dressing. Delicious hot or cold.
Chicken with Sun Dried Tomatoes in Cream Sauce Chicken breasts in a light white wine cream sauce with sun dried tomatoes and shallots. Served over Orzo pasta

Beef Stroganoff Lean strips of beef in a sherry mushroom beef sauce finished with sour cream. Served over egg noodles.
Ginger Beef Stir-fry Marinated stir-fried strips of beef in ginger-soy sauce, served over steamed Jasmine rice.
Texican Shredded Pork Spicy tomato sauce, cheese and shredded pork filled flour tortilla burritos.
Thai Red Curry Beef with Vegetables Lean strips of beef sirloin in a spicy red curry coconut milk sauce, with squash and red bell pepper

Shrimp, Chicken and Vegetable Fettuccine Shrimp, chicken strips, zucchini and carrots in a semi spicy sauce flavored with lime and cilantro. Served mixed with fettuccine.
Gratin of Scallops Bay scallops in a garlic tomato basil cream sauce topped with swiss cheese.
Lemon Garlic Shrimp with Orzo Large shrimp in a lemon, garlic white wine sauce, mixed into Orzo pasta along with Parmesan

Tofu and Spinach Parmesan Slices of breaded, sautéed tofu are layered with fresh spinach and Mozzarella, topped with a sweet Italian marinara sauce.
Vegetable Shepherd's Pie Vegetable casserole filled with onions, carrots, corn, green beans, peas, tomatoes and kidney beans topped with garlic mashed potatoes and cheddar cheese.
Four Grain and Vegetable Burritos Black beans, rice, lentils and barley with vegetables in a semi-sweet Indian style spiced burrito. Served with sour cream.
Florentine Manicotti Spinach and 3 cheeses fill manicotti shells with an Italian red sauce.
South of the Border Enchiladas Tomato, onion, garlic, and 3 cheeses, along with cilantro and Mexican spices for seasoning.

"Fresh" denotes that the entrée is prepared to be eaten on your cooking date. Fish entrées are typically broiled or grilled by the client.
